You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased within the last 30 days of the original order. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

Great product.

I got my first beard sanitizer from Dr. Nick in a bundle. Didn’t think I’d use it much but now I use it most days. I work outside so I shower after work. Beard oil after shower then usually beard butter at night. I wake up with my beard pretty messy and I rarely shower before work so a little beard sanitizer and I can run a comb through it no problem and look ready for the day.

I like the key lime scent quite a bit. And like almost every scent I’ve tried from dr nick it isn’t overpowering.
